We serve Courage Best at an attractive price of £1.95 a pint, and Theaksons Black Bull, a popular bitter.  As well as a large selection of bottled ciders and lagers, we also serve Fosters, Amstel and Kronenburg on draught.  We also offer a wide selection of wines by the glass or half bottle carafe.

Private Parties

The Joiners Arms can cater for a variety of occasions, whether it be a wedding, christening or funeral, or just any excuse for a party.  Our lower restaurant is ideal for private use and can seat up to 40, and entertainment can be added if you wish.   Speak to Mel or Matt who will tailor-make a menu to suit the occasion.  Prices start from £7.95 per person for a private buffet.

The Garden

The Joiners has three separate gardens, and ‘sun trap’ beer terrace – and ideal location for Sunday lunch or an early evening drink in the summer.  For the winter drinkers and smokers, we have a heated outside smoking area.  New for 2009, we have constructed a childrens’ play area in the lower garden, with jungle themed club house and monkey ball game.  Hours of fun to keep the children amused.

Aunt Sally

The Joiners has its own Aunt Sally – a long established Oxfordshire game of throwing rolling pin shaped sticks at a dolly! Why not come and try your hand at it – book our Aunt Sally garden and dine for £7.99 per person.

The Joiners has just been awarded a FOUR STAR hygiene rating from Cherwell district council on the Scores on the Doors initiative. One of the highest ratings for pubs in the area.
